Exchange and return policy

1. About order cancellation

Unless there is a defect in the product, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges after an order has been confirmed.
In the unlikely event that we have delivered a defective product, please contact us and we will replace it immediately.

2. Exchanges and Returns

* Due to the nature of products shipped overseas, we may not be able to accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience, so please contact us in advance. (This includes color and size exchanges.) 

Please note that in the case of exchanges or returns due to customer's convenience, round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties, value-added tax, etc. will be borne by the customer, so please take this into consideration when ordering.

-Items that cannot be exchanged or returned

Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer

If the packaging is opened or damaged, causing the product to lose its value

If the product has been used or partially consumed and its value has significantly decreased

If the value of the product has decreased significantly over time to the point that it cannot be resold

If the packaging of a product that can be replicated is damaged

If you have not followed the exchange or return procedures on the online shopping site

Due to the nature of the product, there may be small scratches or dents on the surface, but please note that this is not a defect.

3. Return Policy 

If you wish to return a product, please first contact us by phone or email. Please read the [Return Procedure] below and follow the procedure.

1) Please send us an email within 3 days of receiving the product with images that prove the defect (an image of the entire product and an enlarged image of the defect) along with your order number, the incorrect delivery / defective product number, the reason for refund, etc.

2) Once your return request has been accepted, we will contact you separately.

3) When returning an item, please include a note with your order number, customer name, and membership ID inside the package (box, plastic wrapping, etc.).

* Please note that if you return the product without first completing the return application or receipt of the application, we will not be able to process the return or refund.

* Return shipping costs will be handled at your own expense.

- If you change your mind, change the color or size, or return the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

-If the item is delivered incorrectly or is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

* Cash on delivery is not available for international mail , so please email us a receipt for the shipping fee after the item has been shipped. We will refund the amount after confirming the receipt.

Refund Policy

Once we have inspected the returned item, we will make arrangements to cancel the charge on your credit card.

However, due to the closing date with your card company, the cost of the returned item may be initially deducted from your payment.

In this case, please be aware that the credit card company will refund or deduct the amount on the settlement date of the following month or the month after.

However, in the case of convenience store payments (in principle, 4MiLi is currently covering all fees, including those borne by the customer) , if you cancel your order due to a change of mind, delivery delay, etc., the convenience store fees will be deducted from the payment amount and refunded. (600 yen including tax, additional fees apply for payments over 20,000 yen)
