If you wish to exchange or return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and return it within 7 days (including color or size exchanges).

3. Return Procedure
① Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product, including your order number, the incorrect delivery/defective product number, and the reason for the refund.
(In the case of defective products or incorrectly delivered products, please attach images that prove the defect (images of the entire product and enlarged images of the defect))
② We will contact you once we receive your return application.
③ When returning an item, please include a note with your order number, customer name, and membership ID inside the package (box, plastic packaging, etc.).
*Please note that if the product is returned without going through the procedure of applying for a return or having the application accepted, we will not be able to process the return or refund.
*Return shipping costs will be handled according to the reason for return.
- If you wish to exchange the product for a different color or size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
